Project StartArt! festival (Krš settlement, Trebinje) was presented on Friday, March 31 in Dučićeva Street in Trebinje. Sunny in the morning and the student pop-up exhibition in open public space, encouraged numerous citizens and representatives of various institutions (Tourist Organization, City Administration, Museum of Herzegovina, Youth Center, Cultural Center, etc.) to comment on the festival ideas shown in the exbition and to participate in co-creation of the festival content with proposals and suggestions.
