The Douro Superior Wine Festival is a fair dedicated to the wines of the Douro Superior sub-region, which takes place on the last weekend of May and whose main objective is to promote the wines of this region. In addition to the more than 80 exhibitors who are usually present, the event has a wide range of parallel initiatives, such as competitions, commented wine and olive oil tastings, colloquia, music, gastronomy and lots of entertainment.
