On 04th July 2022, the Euroregion Neisse e.V. organized a workshop of the working group "Monuments" as part of the project VIZ - Improving 
institutional cooperation - organized a workshop of the working group "Monuments". During the cross-border exchange of experience, the following topics were mainly discussed:

• Current activities/measures on each side. The German side reported on the European research project on the development of cultural tourism "TExTOUR" as well as the project "1000 years of Upper Lusatia - people, castles, towns", which was completed in March
• Evaluation of the "Open Day of the Umgebindehaus 2022" event
• Planned activities, procedures, deadlines. The new web app 
  www.ungebindehaus.de was presented, which offers the opportunity to visit local Umgebindehouses and experience craft demonstrations all year round. The Polish side reported on a planned 2-day seminar on "Crafts, preservation of monuments, vocational training".
