Honey is a valuable, tasty, and popular product across the Rivne region. Yet, there are some areas, where this nectar is especially delicious thanks to flora diversity. Derman-Ostroh National Nature Park and the areas around it belong to these. Locals say that honey from these places has a unique taste and healing properties, similar to the flowers and plants growing here. Creative partner of the TExTOUR project, the owner of Lavender Field, launched production of lavender honey to enrich the treasury of local products with a French flavor of Via Regia. Now, Lavender Honey is associated with the Derman-Ostroh Creative Cluster, which was created within the TExTOUR project.
